Provider Terms
Version 2026-09-12
Your relationship with Pamperly
You are an independent service provider. You are not an employee, agent or representative of Pamperly, and nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for determining and complying with all requirements applicable to your services, including licensing, permits, insurance, tax obligations and professional regulations. Pamperly does not determine which services you may legally perform, and listing a service on Pamperly is not permission to perform it.
You confirm that the information in your profile and application is accurate, and you keep your services, prices and availability current.
Profile review and publication
A Pamperly admin reviews your profile before it can appear publicly or receive booking requests. Approval means only that your profile is accepted for publication. Pamperly may request more information, decline to publish a profile, or suspend a published profile.
Credentials, training or insurance information you choose to disclose is shown to customers as provider-submitted information that Pamperly has not independently verified.
Bookings and payments
You decide whether to accept or decline each booking request, and you control your services, prices, availability, appointment locations, travel fees and accepted payment methods.
Customers pay you directly. Pamperly does not process, hold or deduct from your payments, and does not guarantee or collect payment on your behalf.
