Privacy Policy

What we collect
Customers: name, email, phone number, and the service addresses you save for appointments. Providers: the profile and application information you submit, including services, prices, availability, service area, portfolio photos and any credentials you choose to disclose.
Pamperly does not collect card or payment details, you pay your provider directly. Pamperly does not collect government ID, license documents or background-check information.
How addresses are protected
Customer street addresses are stored encrypted. A provider sees only your city and ZIP until 24 hours before a confirmed appointment, when the street address is released for that booking; every access to it is logged.
A provider working from home is shown publicly only as an approximate area on a map, never a street address. Business locations that choose to publish an address are shown as submitted.
What is public
A provider's published profile, display name, services, prices, availability, service area, portfolio, reviews and any credentials disclosed, is public. Provider email addresses and phone numbers are not published.
Reviews you write appear with your first name and last initial.
Who can see what
Admins can see provider applications, contact details and internal review notes in order to review profiles. Private admin notes are never visible to providers or customers.
Messages between a customer and provider are visible to the two of them, and to Pamperly admins for content moderation and dispute handling.
Who else processes your data
Pamperly uses a small number of service providers to run the platform. Email is delivered by Resend (your email address and the message content). SMS notifications, when enabled, are delivered by Twilio (your phone number and appointment details). Addresses you enter are geocoded using Google Maps. If a provider connects their Google Calendar, Pamperly stores the connection token and reads busy times only.
When you write to support, Pamperly's team is notified through a private team channel that receives a short preview of your message. These providers process data only to deliver their service to Pamperly.
Automated assistant
The support chat may answer first with an automated assistant. Those replies are always labelled “Automated reply”, and the conversation is processed by Google's Gemini model (Vertex AI) to generate them. The assistant stops replying as soon as a person from the Pamperly team joins the conversation.
If you type contact details (an email address or phone number) into the support chat, they are saved on the conversation so the team can reach you.
Cookies and local storage
Pamperly uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, remembers the last ZIP code you searched so search works smoothly, and stores an anonymous identifier in your browser so a support conversation started while signed out stays with you on this device. There is no advertising tracking and no third-party analytics cookie.
Acknowledgments
When you accept a notice or terms (for example the booking notice or the provider acknowledgment), Pamperly records which version you accepted and when.
Retention and your choices
Booking, messaging and acknowledgment records are kept while your account exists, because they document what was agreed between you and your provider.
To ask about your data, including access, correction or deletion, contact us through the support chat on any page or by email at hello@pamperly.us. We respond to every request.
