What Pamperly is

Pamperly operates a marketplace that connects customers with independent beauty service providers. Providers are independent businesses or individuals. They are not employees, agents or representatives of Pamperly.

What admin approval means

Every provider profile is reviewed by a Pamperly admin before it can appear publicly or receive booking requests. That approval means only that the profile was accepted for publication on the marketplace.

Pamperly does not independently verify provider licenses, certifications, qualifications, insurance, identity, background information, work authorization or legal eligibility to perform services. Provider-submitted information, including credentials shown on a profile, may not be independently verified.

Responsibilities

Providers are responsible for determining and complying with all requirements applicable to their services, including licensing, permits, insurance and professional regulations.

Customers are responsible for reviewing provider information and deciding whether a provider is suitable for their needs.

Payments

Customers pay providers directly using a payment method the provider accepts. Pamperly does not process, hold, guarantee, refund or protect these payments.

Pamperly currently charges customers no booking fee and takes no commission from providers.

No guarantee

Pamperly does not guarantee service quality, safety, legality, results or customer satisfaction. Customers and providers must resolve service and direct-payment disputes between themselves, in line with the applicable platform policies.

Cancellations

You can cancel a booking free of charge from the booking page. Providers appreciate as much notice as possible. If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, please also message the provider directly in the booking's chat thread so they see it right away.

Repeated no-shows or abusive behavior, by a customer or a provider, may lead to account restrictions or removal from the marketplace.

Reviews

A review marked “Verified booking” means only that the review is associated with a booking made through Pamperly. It does not mean the provider, the service quality or the reviewer's identity was independently verified.
